Before the COVID-19 pandemic working from home was considered as one of the most benefical benefits. Nowadays, however, this benefit is losing its substance and is becoming necessity for many companies, due to the developement of the COVID-19 pandemic. Employers have to approach this benefit as a tool that they need to be able to use in order to maintain the health of their employees and thus ensure the running of their organization. working from home suddenly becomes a new common work practice, in connection with the pandemic COVID-19 brought mixed reactions for employees. While some employees are satisfied that they spend time in their natural environment close to their family members, other employees ecperience fear, depression, loneliness and especially insecurity and separation from the work team.
