    Purpose of the article: The COVID-19 pandemic greatly affects not only people but also organizations, as they face new, unpredictable risks. Risk management is used to identify and prevent these potential The purpose of this article is to examine risk management during a global pandemic with the help of relevant scientific research from selected authors and to find out how risk management has been affected and how these influences are perceived by selected authors. Methodology/methods: The method of systematic literature reviews (SLR) was used to obtain relevant scientific literature. Scientific aim: The author seeks to objectively identify theoretical evidence that would answer the question: What significant changes and influences has the COVID-19 pandemic in the field of risk management brought to organizations?
