    The friction coefficients play very important role in predictions of the extrusion process since they are used to calculate frictional forces for solids conveying.This parameters can be measured by means of a long range of special equipment. For many materials this can be cost and time consuming.This paper suggests an approach to estimate the friction coefficients. This method can help to choose appropriate friction coefficients for given extrusion proces.
