To demostrate the influence of anisotropic and herogenous shor-fibre, caused by injection molding process on thermomechanical behavior, several cases of obvious short-fibre structures of injection molded plates mechanically and thermally loaded were simulated. The modeling of thermomechanical behavior of an injection molded part was developed on two levels: the micro-mechanical and macro-mechanical ones. On the micromechanical level is necessary to simulate the linearly thermo-elastic behavior of the basic 3D totally oriented short-fiber structure.
