Some Problems relating to the Property of the Flat in small water Plants
Original language description
The article deals with the problem of ownership of lands necessary for the operation of SHP by different entities. Several variants of solutions leading to the settlement of ownership relations to immovable property were elaborated. To ensure access, it was necessary to propose a range of service. The non-standard assessment also included solving problems related to the valuation of a flat in a small hydroelectric power plant, pricing and runoff and other engineering structures related to the hydroelectric power plant, including bank vegetation. The sustainable development led to the definition of such development, which fulfils the needs of the currents generation without threatening the ability of future generations to fulfil their needs, therefore, using water sources for building small hydropower plants (hereinafter referred to as SHP) became a frequent topic. According to the Water Act it is important to preserve the minimum residual flow in the water flow. The turbine drive can use only part of the flow and another part must be let in the original flow as determined by the local water authority. The impact of these environmental intentions is marginally outlined in the following text.
