With growing world population and therefore increasing demand for higher agricultural yields, new technologies and products are developed to reach this goal. Nanomaterials may be one of new instruments to be used in agriculture. It aims to reduce the amounts of chemicals applied for plant protection, minimize the loss of nutrients and increase revenues through op-timized nutrient management. Our work is focused on the potential ways of entry of nanopar-ticles into plants and their possible transport within plants.
