Process for the preparation of magnetically conductive powders is based on the principle of flow control fluid cavitation in the track where the veneer to form a cloud of cavitation and implosion of cavitation bubbles on the intensity of the ultrasonic frequency to 24 kHz pulse induced pressure waves acting on the surface of the material , thereby releasing particles of dimensions in the hundreds of units of micrometers or nanometers. Device for implementing the method consists of cavitation length in which via a connection pipe integrated reservoir to the fluid at least one pump , at least one stop valve and at least one cavitation nozzle that is formed confusors , the cavitation chamber, and a diffuser , wherein the cavitation chamber is adapted storage mass. Cavitation route is to capture cavitation separated particulate material equipped with at least one collection chamber , along which is placed a magnetic member .
