Original language description
Reference sample (CoNiB magnetic nanotubes with well defined specific magnetic domains) for Scanning Electron Microscopy with Polarization Analysis (SEMPA/spin-SEM). UHV compatible. The magnetic configuration of curling domains in nanotubes enables to detect uniquely out-of-plane magnetization component in one channel, whereas mixture of in-plane and out-of-plane components is typically detected by SEMPA. Here, the in-plane component along the nanotube is not present.
