The effect of regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) on thrombogenicity and biocompatibility during CVVHDF

  • Original language description

RCA can effectively inhibit the thrombogenic effect of the extracorporeal circuit but does not completely eliminate complement activation or transient leukopenia during CVVHDF. The heparin anticoagulation has similar effect but has systemic influence.

  • Czech name

Vliv reginální citrátové antikoagulace na parametry trombogenity a biokompatibility v průběhu CVVHDF

  • Czech description

RCA dokáže účinně překonat trombogenní působení mimotělního oběhu, ale neeliminuje zcela aktivaci komplementu či přechodnou leukopenii v průběhu CVVHDF. Heparinová antikoagulace má podobný efekt, ale působí systémově.
