Original language description
We studied 192 patients admitted to the ICCU during a 4-month period. The first group included 92 patients with STEMI (STEMI group) treated by primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The second group consisted of 100 patients withou t ACS (non-ACS group). Normophosphatemia was defined as Pi 0.7-1.6 mmol/l. Phosphatemia was measured at admission and then 6 h and 12 h later as well as troponin I.
