Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia of the breast is a benign myofibroblastic process. We present a rare case of palpable mass of pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia of breast in pediatric patient. This entity requires careful diagnosis and cooperation among the radiologist, pathologist and physician. The awareness of this issue is necessary especially in pediatric population where PASH is extremely rare.
