Original language description
Every surgeon is concerned about complications of the surgical procedure. Varicose vein surgeries do not have a high risk of serious complications. However, they can have even more catastrophic consequences. They can cause permanent disability or even death of the patient. The article summarizes published data from articles dealing with ischemic complications after operations for varicose veins of the lower extremities.
