The aim of our study was to specify the inclusion criteria for trhromboerytrhrocytapheresis. The basic donor were: TBV > 4 300 ml, predonation platelet count > 200 x 109 /L, Hb > 135 g/l, Ht > 0,40 (men), Hb > 125 g/L, Hct > 0,38 (women). Procedure timelimit 75 minutes per donation. We carried out 40 collection WBC?reduced PLT + RBC in 34 donors on the Trima Accel (Gambro). We evaluated quality of blood component (BC), parameters of apheresis, changes of blood count after apheresis, relation of products´quality to donors parameters. Postdonation Hb > 110 g/l, PLT > 100 x 109/l were obtained in all donors. Predicted yield was obtained in all RBC and 38 PLTs, without any dependance on predonation donor parameters. Quality of BC is not influenced by donors´ parameters. Selection criteria mentioned above are suitable for routine use. Procedure time is determined by predonation PLT count only. TBV limits collected volume of BC, without influence on duration of apheresis.

Czech description

Cílem studie bylo specifikovat výběrová kriteria pro dárce tromboerytrocytaferéz. Základní kriteria byla: TBV > 4 300 ml, počet trombocytů > 200 x 109 /L, Hb > 135 g/l, Ht > 0,40 (muži), Hb > 125 g/L, Hct > 0,38 (ženy), časový limit 75 min. Provedli jsme40 odběrů RBC +PLT u 34 dárců na separátoru Trima Accel (Gambro). Hodnotili jsme jakost transfuzních přípravků (TP), parametry aferéz, změny krevního obrazu po aferéze, závislost jakosti TP na parametrech dárce krve. Hodnoty Hb > 110 g/l a PLT > 100 x 109/l po odběru byly u všech dárců. Predikovaná jakost TP byla dosažena u všech RBC a 38 PLT, nezávisela na předodběrových parametrech dárce. Výše uvedená kriteria jsou přijatelná pro praxi. Trvání aferézy je ovlivněno pouze počtem trombocytů dárce, hodnota TBV limituje objem odebíraných TP.
