Original language description
Our retrospective study summarizes the treatment results of 52 Hodgkin?s lymphoma patients older than 60 years in the period between 1973 and 1993. Our study demonstrates that combination of mild chemotherapy with limited radiotherapy is a feasible way of treating elderly patients with Hodgkin?s lymphoma.

Czech description
Studie shrnuje výsledky léčby 52 pacientů nad 60 let s Hodgkinovým lymfomem léčených v období 1973-1993. Studie potvrzuje, že kombinace málo toxické chemoterapie a radioterapie je přijatelnou cestou léčby starších pacientů s Hodgkinovým lymfomem.
