Sustainable Strategic Management: Foreign Capital Participation in the Post-COVID-19 Era
Original language description
There is a clear need to research the issue of planning processes within companies. Although there are many publications on individual planning processes, insight into the impact of foreign capital participation after the COVID-19 pandemic is lacking. The focus of the study is the determination of statistically significant differenc- es in individual management planning processes, whilst identifying differences in the functioning of companies both with and without foreign capital participation. The method of data collection was an interview and question- naire survey conducted into seven aspects of the planning process, namely setting goals, generating plans, market- ing planning, production planning, personnel planning, financial and investment planning, and monitoring. The influencing factor “foreign capital participation” was se- lected for particular focus. As our results suggest, foreign capital participation in companies has a fundamental impact on a company’s planning processes, sustainabili- ty and efficiency. The conclusions drawn are that foreign capital participation has a fundamental impact on our un- derstanding of the business environment, and that to sus- tain a high-quality business, the issue requires even more in-depth research.
