Original language description
According to the explanatory memorandum of this legislation follows along the lines of the Italian Codice civile edits (article 230 bis) specific provisions on the family race. Italian civil code has been amended in this respect in the reform of family law in 1975 and completed by editing from which czech civil code draws inspiration from the model just as with regard to its concept. From other foreign adaptations include for example. the new French Code de commerce, 2001 issue of family businesses, which includes in the article. 12-4 to 121-7, but only some minor fixes aspects, in particular the legal status of the spouse, which operates as a cooperative person. The legal regulation of the plant family is regulated in the provisions of § 700-707 of the civil code with effect from 1. 1.2014. The present paper as well as to highlight potential weaknesses in the regulation itself.
