Challenges and Limitations of Using an Online Survey in Social Sciences: Recruiting Qualified Respondents to Investigate the Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave of Millennial Employees
Original language description
This case study presents the reasoning process behind choosing the topic and methodology of a quantitative research study. It includes the description and reflection upon the solutions to the difficulties encountered by the researcher when choosing the topic, the measurement tool, and the data collection method. These issues were corroborated with the strict timeline established for the data collection, and they amplified the impact on the data volume and their quality. All these factors impacted the sample size and the reliability of the study’s statistical results, while they improved the author’s experience and ability to run research studies.
