Original language description
Solid-phase microextraction has been used for isolation of hop oil components from cones of fresh hops, aged hops, hop extracts and inflorescence of male hops. Several SPME filaments were tested under various experimental conditions. The course of sorption of terpenes, methylesters and methylke-tones was studied with respect to the type of fiber used. Sorption of analytes was significantly influenced by temperatu-re and by the time of exposition.
