During three years field experiments focused on influence of different farming practises on growth and development of hop plants of Czech hybrid varieties (Premiant, Sládek, Agnus), statistically significant effect of different depth and term of pruningon alpha acid content and yield was determined.

V tříletých polních pokusech, zaměřených na vliv rozdílné agrotechniky na růst a vývoj chmelových rostlin českých hybridních odrůd chmele (Premiant, Sládek, Agnus) byl zjištěn statisticky průkazný rozdíl odlišné hloubky a termínu řezu na obsah alfa kyselin i výnos chmele.
