Evaluation culture and evaluation capacities in Central and Eastern Europe: An introduction
Original language description
In the field of evaluation, the globalized world enables sharing experiences and relevant knowledge easily across different parts of the globe. However, Central and Eastern European countries have been largely underrepresented in evaluation research[1]. Many studies on factors influencing the development of evaluation capacities and evaluation culture have been published but none of the EU’s Central and Eastern European member states are described in these reviews.
