Original language description
Removal of total nitrogen and specially ammonia-nitrogen is quite low in HF CWs which are usually designed according to BOD5 design criteria. The results also revealed that the highest average TN inflow concentrations were recorded in landfill leachate HF CWs while the highest inflow TN loadings were recorded for industrial wastewaters.

Czech description
Odstraňování celkového dusíku a speciálně amonného dusíku je nižší v HF CWs, který je navrhován na odstraňování organického znečištění. Výsledky odhalily , že vyšší průměrné koncentrace TN na přítoku byly ve vodách skládkových.
