Comparison of reflected solar radiation, air temperature and relative humidity in different ecosystems (from fish pond and wet meadows to concrete surface)
Original language description
ENKI and Technical University Prague work on the project: ?Development of a method for estimation of energy and matter fluxes in selected ecosystems ? proposal and verification of principals for evaluation of management measures aimed at self-regulationand biodiversity advancement?. Ten different ecosystems are continuously monitored. In this paper we compare seasonal data (1.4. ? 31.10.) from 6 various ecosystems in order to evaluate differences in reflected solar radiation, net radiation, air temperature and relative air humidity linked with water availability, plant biomass and biodiversity. Lowest albedo was found for water and wet meadows. Consequently, the highest net radiation was estimated for fish pond and the lowest for concrete. The lowestmaximal temperature was found for water and for wet meadows despite of their low albedo. Role of evapotranspiration is emphasized.
