Several symptoms of phytoplasma diseases were observed in plants growing in the Czech Republic. Mostly, the results of biological assays, fluorescence microscopy, electron microscopy, PCR/RFLP DNA analysis and sequencing were consistent and phytoplasmaswere identified as a members of 16SrI-B, 16SrI-C, 16SrIII-B, 16SrX-A, 16SrX-B, 16SrX-C and 16SrXII-A ribosomal subgroups.

Zkušenosti s detekcí a identifikací fytoplazem různými metodami.
Czech description
Příznaky typické pro fytoplazmová onemocnění byly nalezeny na kulturních plodinách i plané vegetaci v České republice. Pomocí biologických testů, fluorescenční mikroskopie, elektronové mikroskopie, PCR/RFLP DNA analýz a sekvenování byly fytoplazmy zařazeny do ribosomálních podskupin 16SrI-B, 16SrI-C, 16SrIII-B, 16SrX-A, 16SrX-B, 16SrX-C a 16SrXII-A.
