ln the year 2013, efficacy of the new fungicide Signum against brown rot blossom blight was evaluated in comparison with standard Sporgon 50 WP. Trials were managed in RBIP Holovousy as small-plot tests on sour cherry cultivar 'Morela pozdní'. Occurrenceof brown rot blossom and twig blight was evaluated separately. Efficacy of treatment with Signum achieved 93,4 % in case of blossoms and 98,7 % in case of shoots. Experiments confirmed good efficacy of Signum against brown rot blossom and twig blight comparable with Sporgon 50 WP.
