Presentation of a poster at the XVI EUCARPIA Symposium on Fruit Breeding and Genetics, Dresden-Pillnitz (Germany), 11.9.2023 - 16.9.2023. The poster describes a simple and fast method for the detection of previously validated molecular markers for Rvi2 (single-nucleotide polymorphism SNP W242), Rvi4 (SNP K145) and Rvi6 (SNP R156) resistant genes by allelic discrimination using real-time PCR. The method is suitable for routine marker-assisted selection (MAS) of seedlings, results of MAS in 2023 are shown.
