Personnel strategy is an integral part of the general strategy of an organization which enables to plan and manage every work with human resources in a meaningful way. This article deals with the relationship of strategic personnel management to both thestrategic and general management of an organization. It enables readers to look at personnel management within an organization from a strategic perspective. Personnel strategy must be expressed in accordance with various types of organization strategiesand, further, to the ways of its implementation. To express a medium-term personnel strategy means to answers basic questions dealing with the successful medium-term personnel strategy of an organization. The objective of personnel strategy is not onlyto define an organization?s goals in the field of personnel development, but also to determine the measures necessary to achieve them.
