Increasing competition in the hospitality sphere produces new challenges to hotels. Currently, in addition to traditional ways of promoting hospitality services, social networks as a relatively new channel of communication with existing and potential clients are starting to play an increasingly important role. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the opportunities and used approaches of Facebook networking in the hotel marketing policy.
