    The article describes a knowledge application from military environment in the current conception of strategic management. Any manager who deals with strategic management should be able to forecast, think, and act in a strategic way. Strategy formation and implementation must ensure conformity between internal sources and the external environment as well as the aggregate prosperity and success of an enterprise. One basic strategic task is to get an enterprise ready for situations that have a certain likelihood of arising in the future. We can say in military terminology that important military leaders have looked for such strategies that would achieve victory over an opponent. In economic terminology, this means that one essential feature of strategicmanagement includes recognizing the component of competition and the intent to create competitive advantages. Military leaders focus their forces on an enemy?s weaknesses and they maximize their own strengths as well as taking advantage o
