Original language description
In the introduction, this article deals with the history of Neisse-Nisa-Nysa Euroregion. Some of the major changes in structure of the ERN are also a part of the thesis. Furthermore, the article presents a model of a suitable environment for the development of tourism in the involved areas. A special attention is put forth to specific, finished projects of the ERN organisation. The issues that countries have to tackle with whilst communicating with each other are also discussed.
