    Degradation of construction materials in road tunnels

  • Original language description

    Paper is focused on the study of degradation of materials used as construction materials of road tunnels. The corrosivity of road tunnel is estimated on the bases of measurement of environmental parameters in road tunnel and exposure of samples of construction materials. Microclimate of road tunnel is specifically polluted by corrosive gaseous and solid compounds which caused increased corrosion attack of materials and their surface treatments. The study obtains evaluation of corrosion damage of variousequipments exposed in this specific microclimate after short- and long-term exposure.
