    This work is focused on study of the microstructure of weld joints of steel P92 after creep exposure at temteratures of 600 and 650 °C and subsequent comparison with the microstructure before creep exposure. Statistic quantitative analysis of microstructure of steel P92 using TEM photomicrographs were carried out of determine the density of dislocation inside sub-grains and precipitate parameters (size, distribution). The work compares the dispersion parameters of coarse-grained and intercritical zone of heat affected zone with the dispersion parameters of the base material.
