Determinants of Management of the 21st Century, their Impact on Communication and the University Education
Original language description
Successful organizations must adapt their strategies to the changing trends. Dynamic management development will place high demands on the professional and personal skills of graduates. The ability to think in context, to estimate future development, tosearch for new opportunities in a changing environment, to adapt to changes, flexibility, creativity, intuition, is gaining importance. If a college wants to educate managers for the 21st century who will be able to face the turbulent changes, then it needs to itself be an example and change attitude towards the traditional form of management of higher education institutions, to traditional forms of education, to traditional communication. This paper is therefore aimed at shaping the social system through the so-called organisation themes. Attention is paid to the topic of educational strategies aimed at activating forms of teaching.
