Original language description
The contribution is focused on specifics concerning the possible emerging regulatory risks related to trust management of so called trust funds in new legal environment in the Czech Republic after the New Civil Code came in force. This document brings basic legislation framework for exploration of the possible business model schemes that could be used for trust management provided that they are not in regulatory conflict with current legislation mainly in the capital markets area. Main participants of this process are founder, trust manager (trustee) and beneficiary. The collected property is managed by the trust manager within the trust funds.
