Standard glass fibre reinforced concrete was modified by addition of carbon particles and other materials to enhance the electrical conductivity of cement composites. Structurally-technical elements made of these newly composed fibre inorganic compositesare able to shield against electromagnetic fields, transform electricity to heat or scan the weight of moving vehicles.
