The study of similarities among Trifolium hybridum L. accessions
Original language description
In the individual outplanting of 24 accessions of Trifolium hybridum L. of the Czech collection 19 morphological, yield and qualitative characters were evaluated on 10 plants of each origin. In this collection there were 16 varieties of world origin and9 wild accessions from various collecting expeditions. At the same time the ploidy level of each accession was determined. The Basic statistical characteristics (point and interval estimations of mean values and variation coefficients) were calculated both for individual materials and for the whole set. Point estimations of middle values created matrix, which was elaborated by the method of cluster analysis. Basing on these results origins with the biggest similarities were determined
