The aim of the research was to determine the possibility of connecting aluminum sheets when rolling for the production of sandwich panels with blank foamable core. After study of literature and documents from the customer has been developed methodical approach problem solving: 1. Design different ways to build sandwiches 2. Determination of the upper and lower rolling temperatures for the aluminum alloys used 3. Preparation of sandwiches - grinding, assembly, welding 4. Experimental rolling 5. Evaluation of the results of rolling microstructural state 6. Tests high cycle fatigue in three-point bending various types of sandwich panels 7. Writing technical reports
