The Research of material properties depend on time and temperature
Original language description
The aim of the research was to measure material properties of specialty alloys for high temperature applications, and define the limits of technological conditions for their operation. It was the determination of the ultimate strength at high temperatures, time-dependent deformation and creep-rupture strength. Steel for high temperature applications should be tested under actual operating conditions (method of loading, ambient temperature, etc.). Based on sample dimensions and documents delivered (chemical composition, range of operating conditions) established a methodology to solve the problem: 1. Determination of the size and geometry of the test pieces. 2. Determination of the test conditions. 3. Manufacturing specimens. 4. Experimental conductingtests and measurements. 5. Evaluation of the experiment and writing technical reports
