The aim of the research was to measure the material properties of the supercooled austenite below the decomposition temperature of the material for the automotive industry and define the limits of technological conditions in their manufacture. It was thedetermination of the ultimate strength of the supercooled austenite curve flow curve and the time of conversion to phase pearlite, ferrite, bainite and martensite. It was necessary to develop a method for testing the supercooled austenite ultra short decay times of austenite and for the investigation material were described stress-strain curves for a wide range of temperatures in one and two phase areas. Based on sample dimensions and documents delivered (chemical composition, range of operating conditions, the time of conversion of each phase) was determined methodical steps to fix the problem: 1.
