Řádná správa v kontextu návrhu správního řádu Evropské unie

  • Original language description

The principles of good administration are understood as one of the basic principles of European Union law. The European Code of Good Administrative Behavior contains a number of these principles, but the mentioned European Code is soft law in nature. The binding sources of EU law governing the administrative process and the principles on which it is based are fragmented according to the different branches of EU law. Against this background, the European Parliament called on the European Commission to draw up a proposal for a regulation governing the EU's administrative process and submitted two resolutions. The study assesses the potential benefits of adopting a single administrative code and sets out the links between it and existing regulations.
