Magnetic Adaptive Testing is a non-destructive, technically very simple method. It may be a highly promising non-destructive alternative of destructive tests for monitoring irradiation embrittlement of surveillance samples of RPVs. The high sensitivity and efficiency of the method is illustrated on a series of round robin samples tested in a number of laboratories by different magnetic methods.

Czech description
Magnetické adaptivní testování je nedestruktivní, technicky velmi jednoduchá metoda, která by mohla nahradit destruktivní zkoušky monitorující radiační křehnutí svědečných vzorků ocelí TNR. Vhodnost a citlivost metody je ilustrována na sadě round-robin vzorků testovaných v řadě laboratoří různými magnetickými metodami.
