Original language description
Defect induced by neutron irradiation in RPV steels were performed by two complementary techniques of positron annihilation spectroscopy: (i) positron lifetime spectroscopy and (ii) coincidence Doppler broadening. The formation of radiation-induced Cu-vacancy clusters was indicated and their behaviour during post-irradiation annealing studied.
