Original language description
Tests in Centrum vyzkumu Rez (CVR) were focused on fatigue crack growth (FCG) in heavy liquid metal, particularly in Lead Bismuth Eutectic (LBE) at temperature 300 °C. Tests were performed on T91(feritic-martensitic steel) and 316L (austenitic steel) in air and LBE with oxygen amount from 10-5 to 10-11 wt%. Surfaces of fracture areas were observed and characteristics of the FCG speed were compared.
