The aim of this document is to report on the preparation phase of the high and low-Cu based metal RPV steel and other type of steel sample irradiation for the defined fast neutron fluence and irradiation temperature at the LVR-15 research reactor in Rez for further mechanical testing within the PIE process. Detail information about irradiation planning, irradiation rig design and construction and assembling of the samples into the carrier including pre-irradiation storage is included in the report.
