    During the research project MSM 2678424601 Ministry of Education was created lines of linseed AGT 583/05, which is characterized by a high transformation efficiency and the ability to regenerate transformed shoots. The line was bred from a variety of Australian Areco induced mutagenesis using etylmetansulfonátu and subsequent selection. The emergence of the lines are probably involved and uncontrolled foreign pollination. Line breaks in the yield of seed varieties for the control state registration examination Flanders in terms of a strong infection pressure from Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lineage, lineage Colletotrichum, Alternaria linicola, Oidium lines and Septoria linicola. In the area sown and favorable for the cultivation of linseed is weaker in seed yield.
