Original language description
The purpose of the study was to observe an effect of spermtoxic components on real fertilization capability of sperm and reproduction level of the animal. We selected acetone and urea and the aim was to determine their content in the body fluids (milk, serum, cervical mucus) of cows at spontaneous oestrus. At insemination, samples of mucus, milk and blood were collected from Holstein and Czech Fleckvieh. Data were analysed in package npmc (Behrens-Fisher-Test for non-parametric multiple comparison) in Rsoftware.
