The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of inbreeding level (FX) on yield and quality of embryos from Holstein cows. The data involve cows used for embryo transfer in the years 2010?2011 at farms in the Czech Republic. The value of FX ranged from 3.125 to 6.25%.
