    The article focuses on the means in the fight against corruption in Public Law. In Criminal Law, the problem of corruption is described within the framework of punishment of the criminal offence of bribery; it also discusses regulations regarding criminal liability of corporate bodies. In the framework of Administrative Law, the author of the article focuses on the area of public contracts, regulations for the transparency of managing public assets, the Law on Civil Servants and Employees of the PublicAdministration and regarding Education in Public Administration and last but not least the Ethical Code in the Public Administration.
