Ischemic stroke is one of major reasons of mortality on a global scale. Early diagnostics of stenosis risk is one of major aims of modern medicine. Ultrasound B-images [1] offer a way how the atherosclerotic plaques could be detected in arteries. However, there are many limitations to reliable diagnostics. The paper is focused on investigation of different features which could be useful to analyze the stenosis risk level.
