The paper focuses on Strategic Management in the Selected Organization. The paper aims to perform an analysis of strategic management in a pre-selected healthcare facility (organization) in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the paper is based on secondary data. This information is important for the creation of individual methods that were implemented and analyzed in the paper. As part of the paper, the authors evaluated the primary data, which involves the implementation of a strategic management analysis in a pre-selected medical facility. Among the strategic management methods used by the authors, it is primarily an analysis of the external and internal environment together with a SWOT analysis (plus/minus matrix). Conclusions and recommendations are drawn up at the end of the paper.
