New Challenges of E-government: the Use of New Media in Public Administration
Original language description
The current period is characterized overcrowded sources of information that are often not relevant. Public administration and its structures should take responsibility for making the lives of citizens easier in dealing processes with its structures, so that information exchange is the simplest, most economical and most effective. For these purposes, it is currently impossible to use sufficiently developed technological and technical platform as a supporting element of office communication with citizens. E-government in this area is a tool with a wide range of uses. Especially new media, which are typical with networking are easy to use in public administration reform as a new means of communication with citizens. Just multilateral communication is a fundamental shift in the reform, because it emphasizes the status of the citizen as a client of public administration.
